hi, I'm Becca!
I'm a Registered Dietitian with my master's in Nutrition Education. Teaching nutrition principles in a way that's approachable (and won't make you crazy!) is my passion.
Food is one of the greatest joys of life, but unfortunately our modern culture has messed this up for us. But I'm here to tell you it's possible to eat for both nourishment and satisfaction.
You can eat what you want without: stress, tedious plans, restrictive diets, micromanaging everything you eat (you know, the "make you crazy" part.) All you need to do is simplify, and I'm here to teach you how.

So many women are struggling.
There are three main struggles I see repeatedly when it comes to healthy eating...
1. The dieting hamster wheel: going from one diet to the next always looking for the "the one" that will stick, bingeing in between spouts of dieting, weight yo-yoing, deep dissatisfaction and preoccupation with your body.
2. The healthy eating paradox: when your attempts to follow healthy eating recommendations and "rules" become extreme & stressful, inadvertently turning your attempts at healthier eating into a restrictive diet of it's own.
3. Leading with weight loss: typical behaviors that bring about weight loss are inherently unsustainable, so when the focus of your healthy eating endeavors centers on this fickle biomarker, you will end up back at square one before long...no matter how iron clad your "willpower" is.
If you do identify with any of these struggles, know that it's very common. But just because it's common doesn't mean it's right.

There is so much more to life than hyper focusing on & micromanaging your intake.
