Hi there, my name's Becca! I'm a Registered Dietitian, wife, and mom of two girls with another baby on the way. I am super passionate about nutrition, and I'm equally as passionte about eating intuitively, and guiding others to do the same.
For years I had struggled with unconcious eating, digestive issues, and unattainable physique goals - I knew there had to be a better way. I was doing everything "right" when it came to healthy eating, but I often felt out of control around food and stressed over food choices and availability. I finally realized that if my "healthy" eating habits were detracting from my mental health, I was no longer a healthy individual on the whole.
I created this course to help guide you to find food freedom, for I believe that everyone has the innate ability to eat intuitively, and everyone deserves to experience the joy and contentment mindful eating has to offer!
